The study employed a descriptive and analytical approach, relying on a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The study population consisted of employees at Algeria Telecom - Aïn Témouchent. A representative sample of 66 employees was selected, which was processed using SPSS and a set of statistical methods. The study results concluded that there is a statistically significant impact between stakeholders in both dimensions (internal and external stakeholders) and competitive advantage.
