It only needs to create an encouraging investment climate by offering investors various guarantees and financial and quasi-financial incentives, and by facilitating access to financial funding, which is one of the main challenges investors face in this sector, not to mention providing future real estate for tourism projects. Indeed, Algeria has tried to provide all conditions by dedicating the newly enacted Law 22-18 related to investment, relying on valuable principles and guarantees to make investment in the tourism sector appealing to both local and foreign investors. This is done by activating incentive systems related to organizing investment in this sensitive sector, to develop and promote it as a strategic alternative to oil revenue. Additionally, Algeria has sought to establish accompanying bodies to support investors in completing their projects.otherInvestment,Tourism,Investors, Investment law, Tourism indicatorsالإستثمار السياحي في التشريع الجزائريThesis
