The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and relied on interviews conducted with members of an educational institution. The findings revealed that social origin plays a significant role in shaping digital engagement. Socio-economic status, family educational level, and social environment (urban or rural) influence opportunities for acquiring and utilizing digital skills. The study also showed that material resources, family support, and cultural capital contribute positively to the localization of digital culture within educational institutions, while limited resources and insufficient digital training remain major obstacles.
