The study examines the legal framework governing this protection by highlighting civil remedies, including contractual liability, tort liability, and unfair competition claims, in addition to criminal protection, which covers offenses such as theft, disclosure of trade secrets, and breach of trust. The study adopts the analytical method in examining relevant legal texts, the descriptive method in presenting key concepts, and the comparative method when analyzing the Algerian legal system in relation to international agreements and comparative legislation. This approach aims to assess the effectiveness of the existing legal protection.
