A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data on its variables. It was distributed to a purposive sample of 35 individuals working in the agencies during the period using SPSS. The study results concluded that the use of modern technology, including its innovations in information, communication, and finance, which diversify services and products, has a positive impact on bank performance, thereby improving their level and providing a competitive advantage.
