The study addressed five key dimensions of agile leadership practices: workplace organization, continuous improvement, standardized work, multiskilled workers, and flexibility on handling. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 120 employees. The data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS V22, with the aim of the impact of agile leadership on enhancing organizational loyalty.
