In feminist writing, the implicit adopts an expressive strategy based on condensation, indirectness, and concealment, rather than the frankness and clarity of a more direct style sometimes employed by poets to challenge, confront, and break free from the chains of fear and shame. This results in a poetic discourse characterized by coded language and a break with tradition.
