Therefore, 160 staff members were selected in a caste manner from the Human Resources Sub-Directorate of the Hospital Institution "Dr. Ben Zurgab" of Ayn Tchent State. approach, based on the description and interpretation of the relationship between the concepts of the study, Students used the questionnaire leadership patterns and job satisfaction.
