A descriptive-analytical approach was used to review core HRM concepts—planning, recruitment, training, performance evalua-tion, and occupational safety—alongside definitions, characteristics, types, drivers, and challenges of digitization. In the empirical section, a field research methodology was employed by distributing 60 paper questionnaires to operational-directorate staff, yielding 57 valid responses (85% response rate) . Six semi-structured interviews were also conducted to enrich the qualitative findings . Data were processed with SPSS v.27, including reliability testing (Cronbach’s α = 0.935 for the overall impact scale and 0.903 for the digitization-reality scale; both > 0.70) , normality assessments (Kolmogorov–Smirnov: Sig. = 0.200 and 0.300 > 0.05), Pearson correla-tion analyses, and one-way ANOVA with Post Hoc Tukey at p < 0.05 Computed results indicate that digital transformation has enhanced forecasting accuracy for HR needs, reduced recruitment cycle time, improved training and development efficiency, provided real-time per-formance evaluation data, and increased workplace safety. The study recommends strengthening digital infrastructure and training staff on technological tools to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the digital transitionotherDigitization; Human Resource Management; Digital Trans-formation; Workforce Planning; Recruitment; Training and Develop-ment; Improvement of Working Conditions; Occupational Safety; Digi-tal Infrastructure.أثر الرقمنة على ممارسات وظائف ادارة الموارد البشرية: دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وكالة عين تموشنتThesis
