The outcome was the emergence of depressive disorder, as the amputation affected her psychological resilience and left her with post-traumatic symptoms of avoidance, re-experiencing and arousal, as well as a range of behavioural, physical, cognitive and emotional symptoms due to the extent of (physical disability). She also suffers from feelings of inadequacy and grief associated with the loss, which has led to a failure to adapt to her new reality characterised by reduced physical abilities, resulting in a diminished capacity to perform daily functions and activities.otherpost-traumatic stress disorderpsychological resiliencelimb amputationdiabetic patientsاضطراب ما بعد الصدمة و تأثيره على المرونة النفسية لدى مرضى السكري مبتوري الأطراف: دراﺳﺔ ﻋﯿﺎدﯾﺔ ﻟﺤﺎﻟﺔ واﺣﺪة ﺑﻤﺴﺘﺸﻔﻰ أﺣﻤﺪﻣﺪﻏﺮي ﻋﯿﻦﺗﻤﻮﺷﻨﺖThesis
