They play a leading role in many fields (pharmacy, medicine, biology, agronomy). The objective of our work is based on the application of molecular fluorescence spectroscopy to new 2-Aminopyridine type fluorophores. We have tried to develop and test the fluorescence technique on our ligands as well as on the complexes formed based on 2- Aminopyridines with metals (Ca, Co, Cu, Zn, Ba, Fe, Al, Cr, Mn, Hg). We have three studies for fluorescence analysis, effect of concentration on fluorescence intensity of 2-Aminopyridines to determine optimal product concentration for further studies, effect of metals on fluorescence intensity of 2-Aminopyridines and the effect of metal concentration on fluorescence intensity.fr2-Aminopyridines, multicomponent reactions, molecular fluorescence, fluorescence intensity, ligands, optimal concentration, coordination complexes2-Aminopyridines, les réactions multicomposantes, la fluorescence moléculaire, l’intensité de la fluorescence, les ligands, la concentration optimale, les complexes de coordination.Les dérivées pyridiniques : Synthèses et caractérisationsThesis
