The research examined the legal framework regulating wages and the institutional control mechanisms, concluding that the Algerian legislator has established a comprehensive protection system that aligns national legislation with international agreements. However, practical challenges remain, including weak institutional coordination and limited awareness among workers of their rights. The study concludes with several recommendations, such as intensifying labor inspections, raising legal awareness, and encouraging social dialogue, all to achieve social justice and stability within labor relations.
