It focuses on the study, design, and development of MyVital, an intelligent e-health platform aiming to modernize the Algerian healthcare system. This platform enables users to manage their healthcare journey by simplifying online medical appointment booking, centralizing all their data in a secure digital health record, and assessing disease risks through a predictive module based on artificial intelligence. The ultimate goal of this work is to create a practical and integrated solution that facilitates communication between patients and healthcare professionals, while improving access to care and strengthening prevention.
