The research aims to analyze how Sharia-compliant banking models contribute to creating entrepreneurial excellence within financial institutions by highlighting the theoretical framework of Islamic finance, its diverse financing tools, and the requirements for leadership in the banking sector. Furthermore, it examines the correlation between innovation in Islamic financial engineering—while adhering to Sharia standards—and the ability to gain market share and build a sustainable competitive advantage. To achieve these objectives, the study employed a descriptive-analytical approach for theoretical concepts alongside a case study methodology, utilizing a Likert-scale questionnaire, field interviews, and observations during a professional internship to ensure data reliability. The findings indicate that adopting Islamic banking products serves as an effective entrepreneurial gateway that contributes to attracting hoarded cash and improving the bank's overall financial and institutional performance.otherIslamic BankingBanking LeadershipBank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR)Islamic Finance FormulasBanking InnovationSustainable Competitive Advantage.أثر الصيرفة الإسلامية على الريادة البنكيةThesis
