It was conducted among a sample of 80 administrative employees from the gas and electricity distribution company (Sonelgaz) in Aïn Témouchent. To achieve the research objectives, a descriptive approach was adopted, using two validated instruments: – The Organizational Identification Questionnaire developed by Haroun Djamaa Abdelhafid, – And the Job Engagement Questionnaire designed by Fadel Ahmed Chehnaz. The key findings of the study are as follows: A high level of both organizational identification and job engagement was observed among the participants. The dimensions of organizational identification significantly predict the level of job engagement. No statistically significant differences in organizational identification were found based on gender, seniority, or educational level. Similarly, job engagement did not differ significantly according to gender or seniority. However, statistically significant differences in job engagement were found with respect to educational level. The results were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and compared with findings from previous studies. The research concludes with a set of practical recommendations and proposals aimed at strengthening employees' organizational attachment and enhancing their professional involvement.otherOrganizational identification , Job engagement ,Public enterprise ,EmployeesIdentification organisationnelle ,Engagement professionnel , Entreprise publique ,Employésالتماثل التنظيمي؛الاستغراق الوظيفي؛المؤسسة؛العمالالتماثل التنظيمي وعلاقته بالاستغراق الوظيفي: دراسة ميدانية لدى عنية من عمال شركة سونلغاز بعين تموشنتThesis
