The importance of promotion fir institutional effectiveness is undeniable. The study is divided into two parts : a theoretcial section and a field study. It employed various methodological tools to obtain results and test hyppotheses. The results demonstrate the positive effect between promotion and job satisfaction, linked to improved financial circumstances and increased responsibilities.
