To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, supported by a field study using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The collected data were analyzed and the research hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) through a range of descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive impact of digital transformation on organizational performance through improving work efficiency, enhancing the quality of administrative services, and supporting decision-making processes. The results also indicated that the success of digital transformation depends on the availability of adequate digital infrastructure and qualified human resources.
