The study adopted a descriptive-analytical survey approach. A questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 80 employees, from which 70 valid questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results revealed a high level of organizational isomorphism (mean = 3.90) and a relatively high level of quality of work life (mean = 3.62). They also indicated a statistically significant positive correlation between the two variables (r = 0.623). Furthermore, stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that organizational similarity and organizational citizenship behavior were the most influential dimensions on quality of work life, while the other dimensions did not show a statistically significant effect. The study recommends the development of integrated strategies to unify organizational values, enhance material and moral incentives, and achieve a better balance between professional and personal life.otherOrganizational IsomorphismQuality of Work LifeOrganizational SimilarityOrganizational Citizenship BehaviorSonelgaz.أثر التماثل التنظيمي في تحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة توزيع الغاز و الكهرباء سونلغاز عين تموشنتThesis
