dc.description.abstractThe graduation note treats job contract tlgerian legistration so our aim through thrs reseanch is to improve the importance of job contract and employment its laws wich makes it more organized as other job contracts it contains in satisfaction formula of time and cause. Other special conditions which is writing the law 90/11 combines different type of combines employment contracts. The two most commonly used types in Algeria are limited contract and unlimited contract Which the law 90/11 specified the cases of its conclusion, the algerian legistration fisced how to start or to stop the contract by both parties the boss and the worker and even they are not agree each others and the algerian low defined rights of the two parties to smake balance letween them. In case of goimg out of the contract lav both the worker and employers will punished or and the loser asks for reparationen_US
