dc.description.abstract | In this work we will present the dimensions of the component of the B422H hydraulic concrete mixer. These dimensions are represented by calculations of the necessary elements and checks. We will start with hydraulic elements such as; the cylinder and the pump ... etc and in the second part on will present the dimensions of the shaft which allows to transmit the movement between an electric motor and the tank of the concrete mixer, the calculations of the elements of the conical reducer, the calculations bearings .... etc. In the second part of this work, each part of the B422H hydraulic concrete mixer built independently using SolidWorks. The assembly of the parts done using SolidworksAssembly ’. In the third part of this work the simulation of the concrete mixer tank is represented, the Matlab software is used from the Simulink tool to simulate the engine and the simulation of the mechanical part in the MATLAB software is done at the help from SimMechanics .. In the last part of this work, the simulation of the concrete mixer bucket is represented, the simulation of the hydraulic pump carried out using the Simscape multibody physical tool then the simulation of the bucket with the jack in MATLAB software made using SimMechanics. | en_US |
