The application has two main objects, which are: Strategic object : which is to practically reach paperless management and keep pace with digitization and electronic management. Normal object : to confront the huge flow of documents and control and preserve archival balances. So that digital documents can be dealt with and accessed in an easy and safe way and at the lowest possible cost, and data can be processed through a set of advanced functions and in the shortest possible time, as well as creating a place to store the digital archive and preserve the paper archive, which helps and facilitates the process of managing the archive and increasing its efficiency. "
