dc.description.abstractThe expected management of jobs and competencies is one of the most important mechanisms currently in place in the field of human resources management, which allows to increase the competitive advantage of the organization, anticipate the development of organizations, identify and mobilize and develop individual and collective competencies, and organize and improve the management of human resources. And its ability to employ knowledge and transform it into applications that achieve outstanding performance and thus improve their competitiveness.
