Abstract: T he principal aim of this studa y is to scrutinize and to high light the importance of information systems and decision making, and that ’ s through elucidating the role of information systems in improving staff perfor mance, where this study reached that the information system ysed in the intitution is of great imprtance in reaching sound decisions and effective management oh human resources in the institution as well as the hight competen ce of decis ions such as training decisi ons, upgrading motivating , evaluating performance that s atisfies the individual, which is ref l ected positively on him, and contributes to achievement of the objections of the institution
