dc.description.abstract"This study to investigate the impact of work performance on job performance at the national social security fund agency for wage-earmers and to identify the relationship between them, and the extent of the impact of work pressures on job performance,in order to help them and make them feel satisied and improve their job performance, where in the theoretical aspect we reiled to develop the basic concepts for both variables(word stress,job performance ),and on the applied side, then test it on a random sample taken from the study population ,relying on the statistical program SPSS Then we found a relationship between work pressures and job performance in the national social security fund for salaried workers -Ain Temoichent-"en_US
