dc.description.abstractThe theme of our study is to learn about the Human ressources recruitment strategy in achieving competitive advantage in the National Fund for Social Insurance for Workers procedure in The State of Ain TEMOUCHENT. In this study, the descriptive approach was used based on questions we asked the workers of the National Social Insurance Fund for Workers. In the end, a set of results was found that the HR recruitment strategy contributes to competitive advantage, and that the human resource plays an active role in creating a competitive advantageen_US
