dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to synthesize a type X zeolite from natural kaolin from the Jijel region as well as another zeolite from pure products. The procedure for synthesizing zeolite It remains the same for both types of materials used. Zeolites synthesized from pure materials, pure kaolin and natural kaolin were characterized by X-ray Diffraction. The results of the characterization of the synthesized zeolites show that the products obtained are type X zeolite with a crystallinity rate which exceeds 40% even for the case of natural kaolin.en_US
