This study aims to shed light on the impact of financial technology in improving... The performance of financial institutions in a field study of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in Ain Temouchent. In order to reach the aforementioned goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data, where a sample size of (31) was analyzed from individuals working in the bank.
