dc.description.abstract"This study aims to clarify the impact of wages policy in the public sector in Algeria, highlight the impact of wages and incentives on the public sector, as well as reveal the extent of the Algerian government’s ability to achieve fairness in wages. To achieve this goal, 46 questionnaires were distributed to the workers of the Youth and Sports Directorate - Ain Temouchent -, and 40 valid questionnaires were retrieved and were subjected to the study. The results of the study concluded that there was a statistically significant effect of wages and incentives on the wage policy in the public sector in Directorate of Youth and Sports - Ain Temouchent-."en_US
