dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the modernization of the tax administration and the extent of its contribution to improving the services provided to the taxpayer at the appointed Tax Center, and this is based on a successful tax information system that contributes to improving the effectiveness, transparency and quality of services provided.we have used the descriptive approach to enrich the theoretical aspect and the analytical approach to analyze various statistics and we have also used the interview tool. In conclusion, we concluded that the modernization of the tax administration directly contributes to the improvement of the services provided to the taxpayer at the Ein temushnet tax Center through the introduction of information and communication technologies in the performance of tasks.en_US
