Abstract: This research aims to highlight the role of smart management in improving the quality of public services at the bank level, where in developing the competitive advantage of commercial banks by identifying the relationship between smart management and the types of advantage of public services,it depends on a set of principles, dimensions and strategies that contribute to activating the role of smart management in general and improving performance for the purpose of attracting customers in particular, and seeking to find an effective strategy and face challenges in order to improve the quality of services in Algerian banks,as the latter is considered a successful tool to exploit opportunities available in the market and absorb the intensity of competition and meet the needs of customers and thus achieve profits .
