dc.description.abstract | The interest clause Is one of the basic conditions on which the constitutional dispute is based, in which the dispute revolves around the constitutionality of laws and regulations, as the constitutional judiciary recognized this interest to accept the claim of unconstitutionality. One of the applications of this condition is the procedure of notifying the Constitutional Court by limiting the constitutionally authorized bodies, and the defense of the unconstitu-tionality of laws when an individual claims that a legislative or regulatory text violates the rights and freedoms guaranteed to him constitutionally, that is, when he is affected by a cer-tain legal text, so the interest must be personal and direct to the plaintiff, which means that there is an actual impact on his rights or one of his constitutionally guaranteed interests | en_US |
