| dc.description.abstract | Given the importance of investment in this era, the Algerian legislator has established key investment principles in law 22-18 concerning new investment. The first priciple is the freedom of ininvestment , enshrined both constitutionally and legally. The second priciple is equality in the treatment of investments, which provides special legal protection for foreign investors.
