dc.description.abstract | Given that children are the weakest group in society, this makes them vulnerable to crimes, including murder and trafficking. These are among the most serious crimes, but the diversity of crimes has not stopped there. The technological advancements and the scientific revolution that the world has witnessed have changed the concept of crimes and the ways they are committed, making them more effective and easier to execute. This has also made them more difficult to investigate and identify the perpetrator. This situation has made it challenging for the Algerian legislator to deal with these new types of crimes, which cannot be combated with the current texts and laws. Instead, it has found the need to specialize them with specific laws and procedures that are suitable for these types of crimes, in order to protect the children who are victims of these crimes. | en_US |
