Abstract: We summarize through our research that the electronic commercial store is the advanced manifestation of the traditional commercial store, and it appeared after the great development of electronic commerce, and it is based on electronic space by owning an electronic website through which the merchant practices his commercial activity. The element of contacting customers is one of the most important elements of the commercial store. Its electronic nature contributes to increasing the number of customers, which increases the commercial reputation of the electronic store.
