Modern technologies contribute greatly to the development of many public and private sectors that provide goods and services, which requires the collection and processing of personal data. This resulted in a new type of privacy problem. Also, when a person provides information related to him, he believes that this information is only used for the specified purpose, but the truth is otherwise, as it may not be used only for the stated purpose, and this violates the person’s privacy, and may constitute a blatant assault on his personal rights. Therefore, states seek to provide adequate protection for personal data from any attack, especially by specifying the obligations of the controller, the violation of which entails liability.en_US
