The problem of climate change has attracted the attention of the international community and this has been reflected in the efforts and efforts of states to agree on effective measures such as reducing the emission of gases that cause global warming, and the effects that have ultimately affected environmental security in states, weakening economic development and public health, so the challenge is not whether climate change is occurring or not? Should it be dealt with or not? Algeria has emphasized its involvement in international efforts to adapt to climate change by developing policies to reflect this, which are ultimately implemented by authorities in different sectors, local officials and citizens themselves, as well as regional and international cooperation to build resilience to climate change, which we will explain in our research paper. These focus on the role of local communities in the embodiment of the national strategy for adapting to climate change .en_US
