dc.description.abstract | As much of European countries in particular France, Algeria tried through its tax authorities to apply management by objective in order to arrive at rather acceptable performance level, particularly, after the approval of the policy of the rationalization of the public expenditure to improve the budget situation of the state. From a managerial approach's point of view, this study attempts to explore the impact of the national culture on the New Public Management's applications. It concludes that even if one NPM' application is chosen, it can have different models according to the specific cultural environment of the state | en_US |
