Abstract: The present article is an attempt to highlight the reasons behind Ahlem Mosteghanemi’s successful articulation of silenced voices. The research investigates how freeing the narratives for both males and females enhances the position of the marginalized point of view, in addition to enhancing the potential of self-representation. For this purpose, the research paper spots the position of the female character before and after the emergence of the writer as a model herself. The findings show that appreciating her novels along with the contributions of her predecessors shows the gradual promotion of the previously silenced voices from being subordinate to having an individual identity. The results portray as well how her works influence the personality of the North-African woman in particular without neglecting the role of diverse ethnicity, culture and languages.
