Abstract: The purpose of this study is to reveal the role of training in improving the efficiency of human resources by elaborating the concept, type, main purpose, significance and training methods of training. The training program and its impact on improving staff efficiency raise the following questions: what is the impact of training on improving the efficiency of human resources. Through the analysis of the SPSS questionnaire, we finally come to the conclusion that training has a significant impact on the improvement of human resource ability by improving the professional ethics level of employees.
