dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to identify work stress and its impact on job performance in the Electricity and Gas Distribution organization (Sonelgaz) in Ain Temouchent. In this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach to describe and analyze the data, and using the questionnaire whose form was designed and distributed to the employees of the institution under study. 50 forms were distributed they were totally recovered. The results were also analyzed and hypotheses tested using the SPSS program, and the results indicated a significant impact of work stress on job performance in the organization.en_US
