dc.description.abstract | This study aims to shed light on the impact of the banking service in attracting customers, by providing a variety of services, whether traditional or electronic, and this is in line with the desires and needs of customers, so that the bank seeks to achieve the satisfaction of its customers and gain new customers. To achieve this goal, we conducted a field study within the External Bank of Algeria BEA, the state of Ain Temouchent, based on the questionnaire data that expresses the opinions of a sample size of 60 clients with the clients of the bank under study, and these data were processed using the program (SPSSv20) and the use of statistical analysis tools, The study found a positive correlation and relationship between banking services and customer attraction. | en_US |
