Abstract: The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of corporate culture in the use of quality management at Belhadj Bouchaib University in Ain-Temouchent. The problem is therefore the following: what is the impact of corporate culture and what are the main dimensions of quality management within Belhadj Bouchaib University? To answer the problem, the study was based on the analytical method and an experiment including the distribution of a questionnaire on a random sample of university employees was conducted. The statistical data processing computer tool SPSS22 was necessary to process the results The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between the values of the corporate culture and the application of quality management. our study has suggested a set of recommendations likely to contribute to improving performance
