dc.description.abstract | Motivation is one of the important functions in the management of human resources, so it requires follow-up and attention to it as an important part of the research of many interested people on the part of the organization, and it is considered one of the most important topics. to perform their duties. In our study, we touched on the role of incentives in improving the performance of employees as a theoretical aspect, where the various literature related to incentives of various kinds and the performance of workers were shed light on, and we embodied this on the ground through a field study at Ain Temouchent University. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted. Collecting data and information about the phenomenon and analyzing it thanks to the use of a questionnaire consisting of a set of axes related to the study.
