This study aims to clarify the role of Islamic finance in Algeria, and the reality of Islamic finance formulas in the Algerian banking sector. And we concluded that the basic principle on which Islamic banks are based is adherence to the rules of Islamic law, on top of which is the non-dealing with usurious interest, taking and giving. Hasana is suitable for social financing, not investment financing, or in the form of shortterm Murabaha directed to finance a short-term cycle without the investment cycle.en_US
