The energy of the most basic and necessary elements for life, due to the continuous rise in energy demand has become necessary to find other sources of energy production through the use of renewable energies and sources more important of the use of solar energy because of their many advantages. In this thesis, we have studied two systems autonomous the first consists of a direct connection of the PV to a three-phase load while this was indirect for the second configuration of connections, adapted by an MPPT “disturbance and observation” command and a battery controller. The results of the simulation obtained by MATLAB / SIMULINK, for a photovoltaic dynamic traffic control system.en_US
