dc.description.abstract | The stepper motor is widely used as a controlling and driving machine in open loop controlle systems. As a high speed rotating equipement, stepper motor must have rising and falling process avoiding losing step and over step. In this project we have realised a chip circuit to controlle and drive a stepper motor, using a computer as a master controller, this system based on LabWIEW has a good interface, the easy programing to control. The chip is based on a Microchip microcontroller PIC18F45550 in order to controlle a stepper motor using a dual H-bridge as a driver. The microcontroller, by a universal serial bus (USB) receive the computer’s data, then the processor embedded in the chip must analyze this data and transform them into electrical pulses to rotate the stepper motor. | en_US |
