dc.description.abstractThe layoff system for economic reasons in the Algerian legistlation raises many questions, as it is based on two basic component. The first is to identify and define the economic reason that calls for the termination of the work relationship, as the Algerian legislator, although he recognized the pricipale of reducing the number of workers, he did not specify the meaning of the reason.
