Nosocomial infections represent a real public health problem; yeasts can adhere to medical implants and organize themselves into multicellular structures called "Biofilms". The distinction between a simple contamination and an infection of the catheter that promote the formation of biofilms. Unfortunately, there are currently no fast and reliable techniques for these studies. In this context, we undertook this study, which consists of evaluating, on the one hand, the power of Candida sp. to form biofilms. On the other hand, to test the effect of buffer solutions on the formation of these microbial structures that will be highlighted by the crystal violet method. The results obtained showed the capacity of the four strains of Candida sp. to form the biofilms, the quantity of which is greater in the presence of the buffer.en_US
