dc.description.abstractThe pharmaceutical industry has been given the utmost importance in Algerian legislation due to its specificity and sensitive nature, as well as its complex components and sometimes toxic character Manufacture and circulation of drugs, and this can only be done 'by imposing a number of and legal obligations on drug producers under pain of sanction in the form of the drug manufacturer, whether it is a natural person or a legal person when it comes to the pharmaceutical company that produces the drug. In this context, the Algerian legislator introduced objective liability through article 140 bis of the Algerian Civil Code to protect consumers more than pharmaceutical productsen_US
