Abstract: | This study aimed to find out the extent of'' the effectiveness of rational-emotional treatment to reduce psychological Burnout among nurses on duty at night in the Department of Cardiac surgery'' . to the Techniques and methods of rational-emotional treatment by Albert Ellis . The researcher used the experimental approach ; and the pre and post scale of psychological burnout ''Christina Maslash''was conducted of the Two sexes (Female & Male ) were deliberately chosen for the purpose of the study. The results of the study concluded - The existence of the effectiveness of rational – emotive therapy in reducing psychological burnout among nurses on duty at night Department of Cardiac Surgery . The existence of the effectiveness of rational – emotive therapy in reducing psychological burnout among nurses on duty at night due to a difference age . - The existence of the effectiveness of rational – emotive therapy in reducing psychological burnout among nurses on duty at night and there is no difference in effectiviness to the educational qualification . The existence of the effectiveness of rational – emotive therapy in reducing psychological burnout among nurses on duty at night due to a disorder sex . - The existence of the effectiveness of rational – emotive therapy in reducing psychological burnout among nurses on duty at night due to a disorder professional experience |
